Return Period

  • You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

  • Customized or specially ordered products are non-returnable.

How to Return

  • After approval, you will receive instructions and the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error.

Exceptions

  • Products that cannot be returned due to legal restrictions are excluded.
